Paul is a native of Cape Girardeau having attended Cape Girardeau Public Schools and earning his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Southeast Missouri State University. Paul also earned a doctorate in leadership and administration from St. Louis University. Paul has 17 years of full-time experience in real estate sales with an extensive background of experience in construction and custom home building. Paul has consistantly earned the highest awards for sales production and is a past President of the Cape Girardeau County Board of Realtors.
